    The Company is independently owned and operates as a modern real estate consulting firm, offering its services both in the domestic and international markets from its headquarters located at Miltiadou 4, 166 Glyfada, Attika, Greece.
     
    The Company may interact with its clients in other locations, such as offices or premises of other third parties related to the services provided by the Company (e.g. Lawyers) or in other places as appropriate in each case.

    • Failure by a client to pay all fees or expenses due to the Company
    • Claims by a client for compensations of any kind and for any reason
    • Unilateral rescission by a client of a contract
    • Failure by a client to perform any other obligations
