Code XIV12a – This resort complex is successfully working as a mountain resort since January 2006 and is now available for sale in block. The whole resort is made of Finnish logs and all indoor and outdoor materials are imported from Finland.

The building licence has potential and space for expansion; it can be run as hotel, private club , residential guest houses and convention center, among other uses. The 260 m2 central chalet is designed as a coffee and breakfast area.

Six fully-equipped autonomous wooden Finnish chalets accommodating up to 7 people each and ranging in size from 35 m2 to 75 m2 offer comfort for groups of all sizes. The resort also has a modern separate 45 m2-guest house with an authentic Finnish sauna and a unique view of the surrounding spruce forest, as well as a large 135 m2-chalet with 3 bedrooms, a Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in closet.

The resort setting is flexible and can accommodate over 30 people depending on configuration. The Finnish chalets provide a cozy, warm and intimate setting to enjoy the surrounding areas and relax in a unique atmosphere.

The location is ideal, within the beautiful Myriki area just a few minutes away from Karpenisi. At 1.200 mt. altitude the site can be used all year round for winter sports as well as outdoor summer holidays and many other activities; the unobstructed view of the town and surrounding mountains and pine tree forest enhances the attractiveness of the resort. The region is rated by UNESCO as having one of the cleanest environments in Europe and it is a star watcher paradise.

Local activities include skiing, trekking, mountain biking, rafting, horse riding, mountaineering, hiking, climbing, kayaking, cycling, paragliding and archery, among others. Natural sites in the area such as the Panta Vrexei and the Black Cave gorges, are impressive canyons definitely worth a visit.
